A few years ago, the team at Wami connected with renowned dog groomers from Brussels and Wallonia. During these meetings, structural issues within the sector were brought to light. It soon became clear that these challenges were not limited to one region: groomers in Flanders and the Netherlands face similar obstacles.

The problem does not lie in a lack of clients or professional expertise. The main obstacles are the high start-up costs, the administrative and financial burden, and the lack of support in day-to-day operations.This led to careful reflection, which resulted in the following slogan:
